Το 3ο Workshop έχει τίτλο “Diagnosing organizations” και γίνεται στην Αγγλική γλώσσα.

Characteristic for the gestalt approach of organizations is that we use our personal awareness of a situation to find out what is the figure in the organization. Gestalt practitioners prefer to experience a situation, in this case an organization from the inside to get more in touch with the ongoing process. Instead of analysing the structure and work processes, they take time to participate in the process and perceive the relation structure – process, content - process.

However, this needs time, which is not always preferred by the customer or client. He may want a quick answer to his questions and/or a quick solution for his problems.

During the seminar we will explore how to use our awareness in the process of diagnosing and how we can deal with the tension between the wish of the customer or client to have a quick answer and solution and our wish to get more awareness on the deeper levels of the organization.

Παρατήρηση: Είναι υποχρεωτική η παρακολούθηση όλου του κύκλου των εργαστηρίων του Gestalt in Organizations . Για συμμετοχή, λόγω περιορισμένου αριθμού θέσεων, θα τηρηθεί αυστηρά σειρά προτεραιότητας. Λόγω του προσκεκλημένου ξένου εκπαιδευτή απαραίτητη προϋπόθεση για δήλωση συμμετοχής είναι η καταβολή προκαταβολής (30% του κόστους συμμετοχής) μέχρι το τέλος Οκτωβρίου 2016, η οποία δεν επιστρέφεται.
